One tube of Estro-All Cream lasts about six weeks as each 1/4 tsp applies 20 mg of progesterone and 1 mg of the plant derived estrogen - there are 46-1/4 teaspoons in one tube. Label Information and Ingredients: Suggested Use: Pre-Menopause: Apply 1/8 to 1/4 tsp twice a day, when symptoms occur, such as hot flashes or insomnia. Usually the second half of the menstrual cycle. Menopause: Apply 1/8 to 1/4 tsp once or twice a day. If using 1/4 tsp., it is best applied at night, with a little dab in the morning. Surgical Menopause: Use 1/8 to 1/4 tsp. once or twice a day or as needed. Not exceed a teaspoon a day.
